Since the start of clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh, 10 Azerbaijani civilians have been killed as a result of shelling from the Armenian side. This was announced by President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday, September 29, while accepting credentials from Pakistan’s new ambassador to Baku, Bilal Khayi.
“During these two days we have had losses, including among the civilian population. Unfortunately, the number of civilian deaths is increasing. Ten civilians have been killed, including five members of the same family, including two children.
In turn, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva confirmed that 10 civilians were killed, including two schoolchildren, and another 30 people were injured.
