The incident occurred on April 18 at the entrance to the order window of a fast-food restaurant McDonalds. The unidentified man shot and killed the car, firing at least 38 bullets.

Both victims were taken to the hospital, where the girl died as a result of multiple wounds. The man was shot in the torso area and is in serious condition, medical officials said.
