A new group of several hundred migrants has arrived in a camp on the Belarusian-Polish border.
The footage shows the crowd of refugees moving through the camp, with women and small children among the new arrivals. According to the reporter, the group of newly arrived migrants was about 500 people.
Earlier in the day, several migrants broke through to Poland from Belarus at the Bruzgi border crossing point (BCP). It was noted that the refugees, having left the territory of Belarus, began to move along the Polish defensive fence.
In turn, the State Border Committee of Belarus recorded the movement of a group of migrants along the state border to the spontaneous camp on the border with Poland.
At the same time Oleg Gaidukevich, deputy chairman of the Belarusian parliamentary commission for international affairs, urged Poland to accept the refugees, broken through the border, as well as all those who remained near it.
Prior to that, a group of women with children had tried to cross the Polish-Belarusian border illegally. According to the Polish law enforcement officers, the actions of refugees from the Middle East were stopped.
The same day, Belarusian law enforcement officers brought food to the refugee camp on the Belarusian-Polish border. The footage shows children and women standing in the crowd hoping to get food. The journalist noted that every day the number of migrants at the border is increasing.
The day before Great Britain, the United States and the European Union agreed that the Belarusian authorities had artificially created a migrant crisis at the Polish-Belarusian border.
The European Union is currently discussing the extension of sanctions against Belarus because of the migration crisis on the border with Poland. Minsk stresses that it has nothing to do with the migrant crisis and that it is European policy that has led to this state of affairs.
