About 400 thousand houses were left without light in Japan because of the Hashen typhoon

About 400 thousand houses in Japan were left without light, the work of airports was paralyzed by a powerful typhoon “Heishen”.

At least one person was killed, 70 are listed as missing. More than 100 people were injured.

More than 1.5 million people were evacuated from dangerous areas. Roofs are reported to have been torn down, streets flooded and trees uprooted. Eyewitnesses say that these are not all the problems that they had to deal with because of the storm that raged.
