The US Embassy in Moscow is waiting for an explanation of the cancellation of the Aeroflot flight to New York scheduled for April 3. This was stated by Rebecca Ross, spokesperson for the diplomatic mission.

“We are waiting for an explanation from Russia. We are continuing our work to find ways to help American citizens return to their homeland,” she wrote on Twitter.
Ross added that U.S. citizens in need of help can contact the State Department and follow updates on a special website of the agency.
