The BBC has launched a mini-series called “The Salisbury Poisonings” The film tells about the events in the British city in March 2018. At the beginning of the first series, actors playing Sergei and Julia Skripal depict symptoms of poisoning on a bench. The two main storylines focus on police officer Nick Bailey, who was hospitalized after visiting the Fiddler’s house, and Tracy Daskewich, head of the Wiltshire County Public Health Service, who is trying to minimize the impact of the emergency on Salisbury residents. The authors themselves position the series as documentary. The script is based on an interview with the real Nick Bailey. Shows of the second and final, third series are scheduled for June 15 and 16, respectively.
