Belarus has prevented the import of foreign anti-state agitation products

Belarusian border guards prevented the import of foreign anti-state agitation products into the country. This was reported on Thursday, August 27, the State Border Committee of Belarus.

According to the agency, brochures, leaflets and other paraphernalia were imported mainly in cars with foreign registration plates.

The products were seized. Foreign citizens were denied entry into Belarus.

Also the department reported that in the period from 1 to 24 August 155 citizens of Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Estonia were denied to visit the country due to lack of valid documents or grounds for visiting.

Earlier the same day, President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko said that the “failed neighbors” of Belarus openly voiced their views on the re-election and allow themselves to interfere in its internal affairs, reports NSN. He stressed that the country has to spend a lot of money to stabilize the situation on its western borders.
