U.S. President Joe Biden mistakenly called Vice President Kamala Harris head of state. It was reported on March 18 by Fox News TV channel.
During a public speech, Biden, speaking about the success of the vaccination campaign, uttered the phrase “when President Harris and I.” It is noted that he did not notice his mistake and continued to speak as if nothing had happened.
Biden has made similar reservations before. For example, last October he announced his nomination to the Senate. After that, he confused the then U.S. President Donald Trump with the former head of state George W. Bush.
