British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who was confirmed coronavirus 10 days ago, allegedly went to the hospital for testing.
On Friday, Johnson, who is 55 years old, himself reported that he still has a fever and should therefore continue to isolate himself. He was working remotely from his residence at 10 Downing Street the whole time.
His bride Carrie Simonds, who is expecting a baby from Johnson, also reported on Saturday that she has been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 for a week.
In the event of Johnson’s physical inability to act as head of government, the function will be taken over by Foreign Minister Dominic Raab.
