In Warrington, UK, Cheshire County, an elderly couple died of a coronavirus who raised 30 children. This was reported by the Daily Mail.
The couple raised four of their children and 26 adopted children. Hefin Williams, 80, worked at Manchester Airport for 22 years and retired as a volunteer at a local hospital. His 74-year-old wife, Valerie Williams, spent most of her life caring for the elderly. She only retired a year ago, according to kp.ru.
Valerie contracted the coronavirus in early March. She was hospitalized with fever, muscle pain and a dry cough. On March 21, her condition was assessed as severe. The next day, she was hooked up to a ventilator.
Her husband was at home under quarantine. A week later, he also went to hospital and died in the intensive care unit two days later. Valerie died the day after her husband’s funeral.
