Britney Spears deleted her Instagram account after announcing her engagement

American singer Britney Spears has deleted her Instagram page after announcing her engagement to boyfriend Sam Asgari.

When you open her account, the message “Unfortunately, this page is unavailable,” writes The Independent. As the newspaper specifies, Spears has over 34 million subscribers.

It is noted that in her latest post, the singer once again talked about her fight against custody from her father.

At the same time the singer’s Twitter account is still available. The artist has not yet commented on the removal of the Instagram account.

On September 12, Britney Spears announced her engagement to her boyfriend Sam Asgari. Earlier this month, tabloids wrote that the young man was spotted at a jewelry store picking out an engagement ring. The couple has been dating since 2017.

The singer is currently suing for the right to be released from the custody of her father Jamie Spears, under whose care she has been since 2007. Spears herself claimed that one of her motives for being released from custody was to get married and have children.

In August 2021, Jamie announced that he was ready to give up custody of his daughter and give it to someone else. The singer later claimed that her father was extorting money from her to give up custody.
