There are different ways to quickly transfer information from PC to smartphone and back, but not all of them are universal and suitable for different types of data. If you’ve been looking for such a tool for a long time, you should get acquainted with the new service Clipt from the natives of OnePlus. It connects your mobile device with your computer through the Chrome browser.
After you install the service extension any text copied in the browser of the PC is automatically saved in the Clipt buffer and becomes available on your smartphone with the Clipt application installed. You can paste the text on your mobile device immediately, through the context menu “Paste”, just like in the standard script.
To access the smartphone’s buffer from your PC, you need to press one additional button in the mobile device’s curtain – Send. Then what you copied will be available for quick pasting via Ctrl+V on the PC.
In the same way, you can share not only text or links, but also files. On the smartphone, you need to open the application Clipt and through the “plus” select the desired one from the memory. On the PC, in the extension window you need to click on the Upload file button.
The developers assure that the service uses “Google Disk” for the transfer, so Clipt does not see what you send. It requires using the same Google account on both devices to work correctly. You can download Clipt extension and applications for free.
