Danish footballer Christian Eriksen, who collapsed during the European Football Championship game against Finland, is in the hospital, his condition has stabilized, according to the official UEFA Twitter account.
Following the medical emergency involving Denmark’s player Christian Eriksen, a crisis meeting has taken place with both teams and match officials and further information will be communicated at 19:45 CET.
The player has been transferred to the hospital and has been stabilised.

The meeting between Denmark and Finland in Group B, where the Russian team also plays, takes place on Saturday in Copenhagen. Eriksen collapsed at the very end of the first half. For several minutes, doctors gave the player first aid, including an indirect heart massage. Later, the player was taken to the backroom on a gurney covered by screens. Teams followed him in.
“The player was taken to the hospital and his condition was stabilized,” the report said.
The match has been suspended for the time being, and it is reported that an emergency meeting has been held with team officials and referees. Further information will be announced later.
