A judge in the United States has dismissed a lawsuit against American rock musician Marilyn Manson by his ex-girlfriend, TMZ reported September 15.
The claim was dismissed because the statute of limitations had expired.
The woman, whose name was not disclosed, claimed in the lawsuit that she was in a romantic relationship with the singer in 2011. At some point, the musician became violent and once raped her in her own home. In addition, Manson allegedly threatened to kill the woman and stressed that he would remain unpunished.
This is not the first accusation that has been brought against the musician. Thus, in May, the star of the television series “Game of Thrones” English actress Esme Bianco filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson, accusing him of rape and acts of a sexual nature.
Previously, the singer was also accused of violence and abuse by American actress and model Evan Rachel Wood. Similar accusations against the artist were made by four other girls.
Manson himself called the allegations against him a “distortion of reality”. The singer said that his intimate relationships have always been consensual with his partners.
