Court in Kiev obliged to initiate a case for possible state treason Zelensky

A court in Kiev has obliged the State Bureau of Investigation to initiate a case of possible state treason against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his entourage because of the disruption of the operation to detain members of the private military company Wagner. With the corresponding demand to the court appealed to the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Teteruk.

“Our complaint against the inaction of the GBR is satisfied in full. By the court’s decision, the GBR are now obliged to register according to the law our joint statement with Igor Lapin and Yuri Gudimenko about committing a crime under Article 111 “high treason” and open proceedings, and enter the data into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
