Department of State refused to send congratulations on the victory to Biden

Department of State does not convey congratulations to the U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden on his victory in the elections from world leaders, said November 12 TV channel CNN, citing sources.

Journalists note that usually the State Department provides the connection of the elected president with the heads of other states. In this regard, some foreign leaders sent congratulations to Biden at the State Department.

However, due to the fact that the current president, Donald Trump, refuses to contact the Biden headquarters, the Democrat does not receive the message. According to CNN, the State Department has already accumulated over a dozen such letters.
