Five people were injured in a shooting in downtown San Francisco in the United States. It was reported on Sunday, January 17, the police department of the city.

The shooting occurred at 9:45 p.m. local time on Jan. 16 at the intersection of Eddy and Taylor streets.

“An investigation is underway and five people were injured,” the department said in a Twitter post.

Emergency services are working at the scene. It is noted that the injuries suffered by the victims are not life-threatening. The firearms have already been found.
