Former personal physician of Trump died at the age of 73

Harold Bornstein, the former attending physician of U.S. President Donald Trump, has died at the age of 73. This was reported Thursday, January 14, by The New York Times.

“Dr. Harold Bornstein, who was President Donald Trump’s personal physician and testified that Trump ‘would be the healthiest man ever elected to the presidency,’ has passed away,” the report said.

It is noted that the doctor died on January 8, the cause and place of death are unknown.

As the publication specifies, gastroenterologist Bornstein was Trump’s personal physician from 1980 to 2017. He “inherited” Trump as a patient from his father, Dr. Jacob Bornstein, with whom Harold practiced medicine together.

Earlier on Jan. 12, billionaire Las Vegas Sands founder and Republican Party supporter and contributor Sheldon Adelson died at age 88. He passed away after a long illness. The billionaire’s wife specified that Adelson had lymphoma.
