Helicopter crashed into the sea in southern Spain on May 7

A civilian helicopter fell into the sea in southern Spain, one person was injured, rescuers are looking for a second, the newspaper ABC reported Friday, May 7.

The incident occurred seven miles off the coast of La Linea de la Concepción in Andalucía. There were two people aboard the helicopter, which departed in the morning from Estepona (Malaga).

The pilot, a Cuban national, was rescued and taken to the hospital.
