Hillary Clinton’s trial for electronic correspondence has begun

The trial of the American politician, member of the Democratic Party Hillary Clinton is held in the USA on June 2.

The media do not cover that fact. The outcome of the trial is also unknown.

In March, it was reported that the Court of the District of Columbia resumed the case of the electronic correspondence of former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, which she conducted with the help of a personal server.

The court’s decision states that the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to question the ex-Secretary of State about the reasons for using the personal server and her understanding of the rules of record turnover in the State Department. The court authorized the questioning of Clinton about documents related to the 2013 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Libya’s Benghazi, but not her actions at the time.

It should be recalled that earlier activists of Judicial Watch were seeking disclosure of information about how the former state secretary conducted official correspondence through a private mail server. The organization initiated a scandal that, according to Clinton, led to her defeat in the presidential election in 2016.
