In Japan, a man with a knife attacked train passengers

An unidentified man attacked passengers on a train in Tokyo with a knife, after which he fled from the scene. It was reported on Friday, August 6, by Livedoor News.

It is noted that at the moment the police is pursuing the man.

According to preliminary information, two people were injured as a result of the incident, they are conscious.

Earlier, on August 3, a 27-year-old resident of the American state of Georgia attacked an officer near the Pentagon building. The law enforcement officer died.

The agency considered it premature to consider the incident a terrorist attack. A day later, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reported that the attacker grabbed the officer’s gun in the struggle.

It was later learned that the perpetrator had died. According to preliminary data, the fatal wound was self-inflicted.
