In Kazakhstan, 164 people were killed in riots, three of them children

As a result of riots in Kazakhstan, 164 people have died, reports Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Protests in Kazakhstan began on January 2. Rally participants protested rising gas prices. The protests soon turned into riots.

Aruzhan Sain, commissioner for children’s rights in Kazakhstan, told about the deaths of three children during the riots.

Earlier it was reported about the death of a four-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy.
