Indian authorities decided to block 59 Chinese applications in the country, including TikTok and WeChat.

In particular, Mobile Legends, UC News, Weibo, QQ Music, Mi Community, Club Factory, Kwai, Baidu map, Clash of Kings and others were banned.

According to the Indian authorities, the blocked applications are detrimental to the country’s sovereignty and integrity, as well as its defence capability, state security and public order. It is specified that all 59 applications, most of which were created by developers in China, will be unavailable both on mobile and other devices.
