Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said on December 2 that Tehran knows who is behind the murder of nuclear physicist Mohsen Fahrizade.
“In general, it is not news that our enemies use terrorism against Iran. And besides representatives of authorities hundreds of civilians have become victims. We know very well who is behind all this, including the government of which states,” Jalali said on Russia-24.
He noted that direct and indirect evidence points to the role of Israel in this terrorist attack.
At the same time, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in response to an inquiry said that he was not going to comment on such accusations in his address.
Fakhrizade was killed in an assassination attempt on November 27. Later the details of how exactly the scientist was killed appeared in the press.
