Israel attacked Hamas positions in the Gaza Strip

Israeli Air Force attacked the Palestinian Hamas position in the Gaza Strip in response to missile strikes. This was reported on Wednesday, September 16, the press service of the Israeli army on Twitter.

It is noted that since last night the militants have fired 15 rockets at Israeli territory.

“In response, our Air Force just struck Hamas targets in Gaza including a weapons & explosives manufacturing factory and a military compound,” it said in a statement.

The Israeli government stressed that it intended to continue to oppose “any attempt to attack the country.
