Kiev police denied reports of an explosion at Medvedchuk’s office

The information about the explosion at the office of Viktor Medvedchuk, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the “Opposition Platform – For Life”, is not true.

“We deny the information about the explosion. Indeed, there was an action in the city center, during which activists lit firewalls. For violation of public order several people were detained, now they are in Pechersk police station”, – told the agency in the capital police.

The Kiev police also added that law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident. No information about the victims has been received yet.
