A white glove with rhinestones belonging to the popular singer Michael Jackson was sold at an auction in the American state of Texas for almost $104 thousand, The Sun reported on Monday, April 6.

According to the publication, the famous accessory of the musician, inlaid with Swarovski crystals, the unnamed buyer bought it for $103,895 (more than 8 million rubles). The new owner also received a letter from the production company MJJ Productions saying that the glove was donated to Unicef in 1998.

The accessory became one of the artist’s business cards, he wore the glove during performances and video shoots. In an interview in the 1980s, Jackson explained that he wore one glove “because it’s cooler than two”.
