NASA decides to resume the study of Venus after a 30-year pause

NASA will return to the study of Venus after a 30-year break. The new management of the U.S. space agency has announced two missions to the hot planet.

Satellite Veritas will scan the surface and make a geological map. Davinchi + will study the dense atmosphere of Venus. The probe will find out whether there was an ocean on the planet’s surface. NASA declined to name timelines or make categorical promises in connection with new projects.
