Spencer Elden, who was filmed as a child for the cover of the iconic Nirvana album, is suing the surviving members of the group. He is convinced that the picture was a psychological trauma. The man claimed a loss of earning power.
In addition, Elden considers himself a victim of sexual exploitation. He also stated that the cover violated U.S. federal law. The man is demanding at least $150,000 in damages.
Released in 1991, the album Nevermind became one of the best-selling albums in history. Records were purchased by more than 30 million listeners.
