No skirt and no underwear: Gwyneth Paltrow commented on her risque red carpet outfits

The 48-year-old actress recalled her iconic looks that she wouldn’t risk appearing in public now. For instance, Gwyneth Paltrow shared details of her 2012 Met Gala outfit: then she shined in an ultra-short Prada dress. It turns out that it was originally intended as a set of skirt and top, but the star decided to take a risk and show off her slender legs in all their glory.

“This blouse came with a long skirt,” Gwyneth shared in an interview with Vogue. – But I said: “No!… It’s so good. I love it.” You know, you have to be prepared. So I decided to wear just a top, and I don’t regret it one bit. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s how not to show my charms on the red carpet.”

And here’s what the actress thinks now about her white dress for the premiere of “Country Strong” in 2010: “I do not think I will wear it again. My kids would be so embarrassed – they wouldn’t let me go out like that. I don’t know if I could even wear underwear here. It was pretty risky!”

Paltrow ventured out without her underwear at the Academy Awards in 2002. “Everyone hated that dress, but I think it’s cool. People trashed it. It was too gothic … too stark for the time. I think it shocked people. But I loved it,” the star commented on her Alexander McQueen look.
