Obama suggested Americans send him an SMS about plans to vote

Former U.S. president Barack Obama offered the Americans to send him an SMS on his phone. He wrote about it on Twitter.

“Okay, let’s try something new. If you are in the U.S., send me a text message at 773-365-9687 – I want to know how you are doing, what you are thinking about and how you plan to vote this year,” he wrote.

He said he’ll be in touch from time to time and will also share his thoughts, RT reported.

On September 19, U.S. President Donald Trump said that Russia created hypersonic weapons after receiving information about U.S. technologies. He accused the administration of former head of state Obama that it provided Moscow with data about American developments.

The US presidential elections will be held on November 3.
