Prince Harry and Prince William mend their relationship ahead of Christmas

Megxit hasn’t gone unnoticed by the royal family. After Meghan Markle and Prince Harry withdrew their monarchical powers and left for the United States, relations with their in-laws became strained. The Duke of Sussex has had a particularly difficult time finding common ground with his older brother, Prince William. Numerous insiders have confirmed that between the sons of Princess Diana began a real feud.

Nevertheless, passions have now subsided, and the dukes have made contact. Sources at Vanity Fair report that the brothers’ relationship is “much better than it was. Meghan and Harry have even already sent Christmas gifts to Kate and William.

“I have every confidence that they will be calling each other by video link at Christmas. There are a number of things Harry misses. However, those feelings are not so strong that he regrets the move. The prince found a kindred spirit in Meghan, and they made the decision to start a new life,” shared a person close to the Dukes of Sussex.

As a reminder, Meghan and Harry had previously planned to return to the United Kingdom for Christmas and celebrate the most magical holiday of the year in the Prince’s homeland. However, the global pandemic disrupted their plans. The Dukes will have to stay in the U.S. and celebrate Christmas in a small family circle.
