Record number of deaths caused by coronavirus in the U.S. in 24 hours

The number of victims of coronavirus in the U.S. on the day of April 7 reached 1736, the highest number since the beginning of the epidemic in the country. This was reported by CNN on Tuesday, citing data from Johns Hopkins University.

Earlier Tuesday, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said that there are signs of improvement in the situation with the spread of coronavirus in major U.S. cities.
