Red Cross vehicle set on fire in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert

Several suspects have been identified by police following the fire of a Red Cross vehicle on Saturday evening in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, in the Brussels Region, said Mayor Olivier Maingain. These are young people who are already known for crimes. The police have testimonies and images from CCTV cameras, but the investigation still needs to continue, according to the mayor. “Several witnesses saw young people walking around with jerry cans shortly before the events,” said Gilles De Schepper, who is in charge of Red Cross relief in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
