Reports of Trump’s entourage calling for recognition of defeat turned out to be a fake

Jason Miller, campaign adviser to incumbent U.S. President Donald Trump, refuted media reports that First Lady Melania Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner called on the president to admit defeat in the election.

Earlier CNN reported that Kushner, who is a senior advisor to the head of the White House, and Trump’s wife allegedly offered him to accept the victory of Democrat Joe Biden.

“This is not true,” Miller wrote on his Twitter page.

According to him, given the uncertain election results in some states, serious voting irregularities and lack of transparency in others, Kushner advised Trump to use all available legal methods to ensure fair voting.

“The story about the First Lady is also fake,” added Councillor Trump.

Earlier on Sunday, Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani said the elections had been stolen in several states.
