Russian delegation leaves OSCE Parliamentary Assembly meeting in protest

The Russian delegation has left the session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The demonstrative gesture was an expression of strong protest. Ukraine has put an anti-Russian resolution on the agenda. Kiev’s proposal was supported in the absence of a quorum. Pyotr Tolstoy, chairman of the Russian delegation, said there would be no dialogue in a mode with violations of the regulations.

“If you want to work by the rules, you have to comply with them, if you do not want to work by the rules, if you want to take politicized unilateral decisions with yourself, that is your right, but we can not participate in this,” said Pyotr Tolstoy, chairman of the Russian delegation to the OSCE PA and Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma.
