Sixty people missing in Germany over heavy rains

After heavy rains at least 7 people were killed in Germany, up to 60 more citizens are still missing.

As the Hamburger Morgenpost reports, the rains caused by cyclone Bernd, have been raining in Germany since Monday, July 12. Most of all western and southwestern regions of the country were affected. Streets of cities are flooded, rivers come out of their banks.

Only in the district Arweiler in Rhineland-Palatinate at least 4 people were killed. In what regions were killed three more people, the publication does not specify. The police of Germany could not name the exact number of missing citizens yet, according to the preliminary data, their number could be up to 60 people.
