The megastar of Internet satellites from Starlink by Elon Musk continues to grow. Today, 57 more satellites were sent into orbit around the Earth. Along with them, the Falcon 9 rocket sent two small satellites to receive images of our planet.

Of the interesting ones, this was the fifth flight of the same first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket. Once again, the stage successfully landed on the deck of the floating barge Of Course I Still Love You in the Atlantic Ocean eight minutes after launch. Since 2019, it has been the 10th launch associated with the Starlink project. And in total, it’s the 12th launch in 2020. A fleet of used accelerators allows SpaceX to maintain a high rate of launches.

To date, 595 Starlink satellites have been launched. In order to ensure minimum coverage in orbit, you need from 400 to 800 satellites. SpaceX may soon launch a beta program to help test the service worldwide.
