The assistant director of the movie “Rust” sued Baldwin

Another lawsuit was filed against Alec Baldwin. The assistant director of the film “Rust” went to court. Mitchell claims that the script of the film did not spell out the shooting episode. According to the lawsuit, cameras were set up that day to allegedly film Baldwin’s face, the bloodstain on his shoulder, and his torso. A female crew member is confident that it was the actor’s own responsibility to see if the revolver was loaded.

Earlier, a senior illuminator of the picture sued the producers of the western because of the negligent attitude of the defendants to the safety of weapons handling.

The accident occurred on Oct. 21 on the set of the western. Baldwin fired a weapon with a live round. The incident resulted in the death of cameraman Galina Hutchins.
