Automotive company BMW is testing the second generation of 2-Series Active Tourer minivan.
According to the publication, the model is based on the FAAR platform, which also built a hatchback BMW 1-Series. It is noted that the overall dimensions of the novelty will remain the same as the current minivan. Only the wheelbase will increase. The car will be available only in a five-seater version.
As for engines, the new BMW 2-Series Active Tourer minivan will receive a 1.5-liter petrol engine with an output of 118 hp, as well as a 188-horsepower unit with a capacity of two liters.
The world premiere of the new minivan will take place in late 2020 at an international motor show.
