Builders have suspended work to restore an abandoned mansion in Paris after the discovery of the body, The Guardian reports with reference.
It is noted that the mansion is located behind the former house of fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. It has been empty for over 30 years.
During the restoration of the building, workers removed a pile of planks and gravel in one of the cellars and found the body, according to the publication. The documents found on the body allowed the authorities to identify the dead man, it was Jean-Pierre Renault, who died about 30 years ago. No cause of death has been reported.
