The U.S. president’s son regretted working for a gas company in Ukraine

U.S. President Joe Biden’s son, lawyer and former lobbyist Hunter Biden told in his autobiography about his experience working for the gas company Burisma in Ukraine. It was reported by FOX News on March 31.

Hunter Biden stressed that he regretted his decision, as the circumstance led to allegations of corruption and the use of his name to hurt Joe Biden. According to Hunter, he had already rejected them and stated that the purpose he was pursuing was ethical, namely to control corporate practices.

Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board of directors around the same time that Joe Biden was vice president of the United States. Biden Sr. helped guide the foreign policy of former U.S. leader Barack Obama’s administration in Eastern Europe.

The book, to be released by Hunter, will tell the tale of his struggles with alcoholism and other drug addictions that somehow interfered with the establishment of his career as a lobbyist and lawyer.
