There was a fire at Universal Studios theme park in the US

A fire broke out at the American theme park Universal Studios, located in Los Angeles. It was reported by ABC7 on Wednesday, June 2.

The flames engulfed a giant minion installed in the parking lot near the park. The fire was soon extinguished.

Representatives of Universal Studio reported that there were no casualties as a result of the incident, and the park rides were not damaged.

It is noteworthy that the fire happened 13 years after another fire at the theme park – on June 1, 2008, a large fire destroyed the “King Kong” attraction and music records of artists such as Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong, Chuck Berry and Aretha Franklin.
