Tropical Storm Isaias has reached Canada

Tropical Storm Isaias has reached Canada. More than 50,000 households and other buildings were left without electricity because of the raging elements. The storm runs through the southern parts of the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick.

The bad weather has brought heavy rain with it. The wind speed at the epicentre continues to weaken, now at 15 m/s. Earlier Isaias had the force of a hurricane. In North Carolina, the storm took the lives of six people.
