The U.S. President Donald Trump has promised to show letters which he received from the leader of DPRK Kim Jong-un, and called them “love messages”. With the North Korean leader he has told about correspondence in an interview to the The Washington Post newspaper which is published on Sunday on the front page of the edition, TASS reports.
The edition underlines that the owner of the White House has “spontaneously” passed to a situation around the Korean peninsula. He has complained about criticism of the actions in this case from media, having joked that “I am in love” with Kim Jong-un. Trump has referred to the letters received from the leader of DPRK as the certificate of their productive relations.
“I will show you letters, – he has noted. – They are similar to love messages”. The edition doesn’t explain about what letters it there is a speech whether they have been already published, or will only be.
The head of the Washington administration already not for the first time jokes that they with the North Korean leader “have fallen in love each other”. In this respect the president has spoken at the end of September during the performance before the supporters in the State of West Virginia. Then Trump has told that Kim Jong-un wrote him “fine letters”.
On June 12, 2018 in Singapore there has taken place the meeting of leaders of the USA first in the history and DPRK. Following the results Trump and Kim Jong-un have adopted a joint statement. In him, in particular, Pyongyang announced readiness to go to a full denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, and the United States have undertaken to provide DPRK to a security guarantee in reply.
