Turkey for the first time tested the Sinop anti-aircraft missile systems С-400 “Triumph” purchased from Russia at the exercise in the north of the country. This was reported by TASS with reference to military diplomatic source on Friday, October 16.
“Three missiles of С-400 SAM system were launched during this exercise. All of them successfully hit assigned targets”, – said the agency interlocutor.
In “Rosoboronexport” (part of “Rostekh”) they did not begin to comment this information to the agency.
“Interfax” with reference to a Russian source notes that the first tests by Ankara of C-400 systems “confirmed high reliability” of the equipment from Russia.
