In the U.S. there are failures in the social network Instagram on Monday, August 23. This is reported on the website of the service Downdetector, which monitors the work of popular Internet resources.
According to the portal, 80% of users who reported problems have problems with viewing the news feed, 12% can not log on to the site, 9% complain of difficulties when viewing posts.
On Tuesday, August 10, the Instagram website published a message about a number of innovations designed to combat aggressive behavior on the social network. It notes that the app will now show a “stricter warning” about a possible violation of community rules as early as the first attempt to send offensive comments. Previously, such a warning would appear after two or three such cases.
